“Your high opportunity may be right where you are now.” A quote by Napoleon Hill. Chapter two of Virtual Career, Jomar Hilario shares that there is so much more to online jobs than meets the eye. We don’t realize that there are many job opportunities online and most people think that it is only an American thing but, Virtual Careers are not specified, as long as it is done at home and connects via the internet then it is considered a Virtual Career.

He shares the many advantages you get at a Virtual job, which I never considered. At the moment, I guess I consider myself having a virtual job because of all the projects that I am working on with a school and a digital asset boutique online, and work is done at the convenience of my own home. So reading on the advantages that Mr. Hilario shared, I never realized how lucky I am and what a blessing it is working at home.

Benefits like, not having to get out of the house, paying for transportation to work, having time to myself, bonding with my family, and the idea that you can simply bring around your laptop as long as it has internet, you can work anywhere and that is amazing!

It’s astonishing to think that many years ago privileges of working at home, spending time with family, traveling, not having to travel to work too were all exclusive to the rich. Now, taking on a virtual job the world has gotten bigger and anybody can live that same way too! It’s only chapter two but, I’m looking forward to seeing a whole new light to Virtual Careers and seeing my perspectives change with the help of Mr. Hilario.
