Success Mindset

It was one of those days when I was feeling a little disheartened about my work and I was searching for a video to inspire me. I then came across this conversation between Chris Do, an Emmy award-winning designer, director, CEO, and Chief Strategist of Blind and the founder of The Futur; and Vinh Giang, a keynote speaker and teacher for enhancing communication and presentation skills. They tackled the topic “The Key to Success in Life and Business”.

Their conversation was unscripted and was a mix of masterclass notes and stories from both sides, but what caught my attention was Vinh’s process of investing money to learn from the best and how he gained not only the knowledge of how professionals got to where they are but the process of how their thinking led them to those results. I learned that the best way to acquire knowledge from professionals is not asking how to get to the result but studying the thinking behind reaching the result. That is the real value you take away!

This type of mindset got me thinking about how I should tackle and exchange ideas with others. It's amazing to think that simply learning how others think and applying it to your everyday life can transform you into the very person you want to become!
